Do your faucet components interchange with other brands?

Some T&S components can be interchanged with the corresponding components of other brands in existing installations; however, these changes may vary in compatibility from product to product. Please contact our customer care team for details on your installation.

Do you sell direct?

No. T&S sells our products through third-party organizations. You can find local distributors on our Where to Buy page or a web-based partner on our Online Distributors page.

How do I contact my T&S sales representative?

Locate the T&S sales representative for your state or country by using our Find a Rep page and searching by market (foodservice or plumbing) and by geographic area.

Is there a minimum purchase order?

There is a minimum billing charge of $50 per invoice for both complete models and parts. Please contact the customer care team for more detailed information about ordering.

Can I check whether a product is in stock?

Please contact a customer care team member for detailed information about ordering, including current inventory levels. Existing customers can also place orders and check inventory online via the T&S E-store.

How do I reset or troubleshoot my electronic faucet?

For details on troubleshooting or resetting your ChekPoint sensor faucet, please reference the Troubleshooting section of the EC-3100 series Installation and Maintenance Instructions.

Are T&S products certified?

T&S Brass is committed to meeting the stringent standards for products and processes developed by the International Standardization Organization (ISO), ASME International, NSF International and CSA International (Canadian Standards Association). T&S holds a number of certifications, including ISO-9001:2015, the most stringent a corporation can receive.

Adherence to various governmental standards and certifications affirm that T&S products are both safe for use within any drinking water system and adhere to mechanical quality standards for ease of installation, operation and reliability.

In addition, many individual T&S products are certified by organizations such as WaterSense.

Click on the “Product Compliance” tab, found beneath the product image, for details of compliance and certification relevant to the individual product.

I have a part that I need to replace but don’t know the part number. Can T&S help me identify it?

Yes. T&S customer care team experts can help identify most T&S products and replacement parts using submitted images. You can email your image(s) and question to customerservice@tsbrass.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
